Return and Exchange
The following exceptions & Rules apply to our exchange policy
All items to be exchanged must be unused and should be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
You have 3 days from the delivery date to request an exchange for the online purchased styles.
You can exchange an eligible product only once, which means you cannot exchange an already exchanged product.
We do not offer returns or exchanges for discounted/sale items.
The product must not be damaged. Damage resulting due to improper shipping and handling will not be accepted here.
Exchange Procedure
IF AN EXCHANGE NEEDS TO BE DONE :
Exchanges are done within 03 working days since the Garment is delivered to you.
Step 01
Message us through the same platform (Facebook / Instagram / WhatsApp) you placed your order with & let us know you need to exchange a particular product /s. If it is a web order please WhatsApp us through 0777875763 and let us know you need to exchange a particular product /s.
Step 02
After an analysis, our Exchange Team will get back to you.
Please Note – For a smoother exchange process, you need to send us the package via the courier service we provide to you.
Kindly note that you should bear the courier charges when you are returning/exchanging the product.
We humbly appreciate your kind understanding towards it.
Please note that you cannot exchange an ALREADY EXCHANGED PRODUCT
WE DO NOT EXCHANGE PRODUCTS THAT WERE SOLD DURING A SALE / SPECIAL OFFER
Refund Policy
We do not accept returns. We refund only for damaged or faulty goods. We will refund the delivery charge when a product is incorrect or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. We ensure that our products are high quality and meet all standards. In order to achieve standards, we conduct a quality inspection to ensure products are 100% damage free before shipment.
